Placing an Order:
Ordering at www.wanglow.com is simple! Just browse our selection, add the items you want to your cart, and enter your shipping address and payment information. If you need assistance, feel free to call us at +92 314 256 7932, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep through reputable courier services.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email, and text message from Wanglow. This will include all details related to your order. You can also view your order details in the “My Account” section under “My Orders” if you placed your order online.
Phone Orders: Yes, we accept orders over the phone! Please note that the only payment method available for phone orders is Cash on Delivery.
Payment Issues
Payment Failure: If you experience a payment failure while using your debit card, credit card, or net banking, please check your account to confirm if it has been debited. If it has, the amount typically rolls back within 7 business days, though this can vary by bank. If the amount has been credited to our account, we will initiate a refund within 3 days of your request.
Refund Timelines:
- Net Banking: 2-4 business days
- Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Credit Card: 7-21 business days
Order Status and Cancellations
Checking Order Status: You will receive updates via email and text at every step. After placing your order, you’ll get an email with the details, and once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see updates.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at +92 314 256 7932 with your order number as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and process a refund if it has not been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, do not accept the delivery and inform Customer Care. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed according to our return policies.
Certain categories, like Formal and Bridal, cannot be canceled once ordered, as noted on the product pages. Please note that if we are unable to deliver despite multiple attempts, a fee of Rs. 1000 will be deducted from your refund.
Confirmation Calls: You will receive a confirmation call to verify your order details.
Bulk Orders: To place a bulk order, please email us at info@wanglow.com with your requirements, and our team will get back to you.
Gift Orders: If you are placing an order as a gift, we include the invoice and keep all price tags intact for easy returns if necessary.
Product Trials and Exchanges
Product Trials: We encourage you to try on your purchases. However, please ensure items remain in resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Note that not all categories are returnable—please check our Return Policies for more information.
Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry! We offer exchanges. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details.
Adding Items to an Order: Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it. However, you may cancel your current order (if it hasn’t been dispatched) and place a new one.
